The Group has commenced its property investment business since 2008 focusing in commercial properties in Hong Kong and Macau. We believe that acquisition of quality assets would provide capital appreciation potential and generate stable revenue as well as return to the Group. In year 2010, the Group has also started to tap in the Hong Kong residential property sector.
